Job Overview:
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries

- Assist with medical record management and filing
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide support to veterinary staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in animal care or veterinary setting preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and appointment scheduling
